Contact & Corrections

We aim to maintain an accurate, version-aware reference for Clown Hole. If you spot an error, have tested a patch mechanic, or represent the development team, here is how to get in touch.

How to Reach the Editorial Team

For all editorial feedback, guide corrections, technical site inquiries, and copyright communications, please send an email directly to:

Primary Inquiries & Corrections Desk
qsyhxw@gmail.com

We review messages as we can; no response deadline is promised.

Submitting Gameplay Corrections

When reporting a gameplay discrepancy or suggesting a numerical update (for example, a Brewery change, worker behavior, or lamp behavior), please include:

  1. Page URL: The specific guide page where the discrepancy appears.
  2. Game Version: The exact game build where you observed the behavior (for example, itch.io HTML5 v0.4.3.5).
  3. Observed vs. Documented Behavior: A concise explanation of what occurred during your gameplay session versus what our guide describes.
  4. Supporting Evidence (Optional): A screenshot, clip link, or save observation if available.

We review the evidence and, when possible, reproduce the claim in the current build. A report may remain marked as an observation until it is independently confirmed.

Developer & Publisher Inquiries

If you are part of the Clown Hole development or publishing team (Oddspeed, Jaco van Hemert, 2bitdream, or granularbiomes) and wish to request an attribution adjustment, update links, or clarify upcoming patch notes, please use the subject line [Developer Inquiry] so we can identify the subject of your request.

Copyright & Takedown Requests
