Boss encounters & combat recovery
Click clowns to attack and use fighter hiring signs to bring in help. If you reach the Overrun screen, v0.4.3.5 provides a button back to the hole. A current Spider or final-boss walkthrough is not yet verified here.

Combat actions you can use
The creator’s game description distinguishes two actions: clicking a clown deals manual damage; fighter hiring signs call down units to help fight. Mining signs serve a different purpose, so adding miners is not the same action as adding fighters.
For trouble assigning a target, use the worker and fighter assignment guide. If the problem is reaching a dark area, check lamp capacity and elevator upgrades before treating it as a boss unlock condition.
After an Overrun screen
- Use the on-screen option that returns to the hole. The v0.4.3.5 patch added this route so you do not have to go through the main menu.
- On returning, inspect the situation before expanding again. The patch does not specify a refund, resource reset or restoration of destroyed structures; do not assume that returning undoes the fight.
- If the screen does not offer that option, compare your displayed version with v0.4.3.5 before following older recovery advice.
Combat continues after an egg clown disappears
The same patch addresses egg clowns that started combat and then disappeared without ending it, and prevents previously escaped egg clowns from spawning again on load. These are documented bug fixes, not a hidden boss phase or a reliable farming method.
If the symptom still occurs, send the corrections contact the version, the disappearing enemy and whether combat remained active. The patch note alone cannot establish the cause of every later stuck-combat report. Do not erase browser storage as a first troubleshooting step.
Correction: boss “tracks” are music
The August 28 update discusses a separate music track for each boss under its sound-and-music section. Our earlier wording incorrectly called these progression tracks. That statement does not establish a boss-specific upgrade tree.
Boss-specific strategy still missing
This page does not yet establish current encounter triggers, phases, health, drops or a repeatable Spider/final-boss strategy. Older multi-level descriptions cannot safely fill that gap after the large-level update. The combat and recovery notes above are usable within their stated scope; they are not a complete boss walkthrough.
